      <image:title>Blog - Yoga Time - First Time</image:title>
<image:caption>As a person who has been diagnosed with Autism and Bi-polar type 1, looking for a place tends to make me feel anxious. Some people enjoy finding little nooks and cool spots in the city, but I am not necessarily one of those lucky people. I like to know how things look visually, before, I need to find the place where I am going, for the first time. And same was for this yoga studio. The sign on the outside definitely helped and for that I am thankful. The sign served as a landing post, for where I am suppose to go, and what door is the right one, for me to open. That is why transitions are difficult for me, and always have been. After that initial first time, it gets a bit easier each time, I am less anxious and more free to enjoy the stillness that yoga provides.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Blog - Yoga Time - The Studio</image:title>
<image:caption>For me, it is not always about the way things look, but it is more about the way things make me feel. And I am thankful that this studio, has a glass wall and it is not completely pitch dark. The pink lights make it feel warm and welcoming and put me at ease. Therefore, I can relax and focus more on exercise portion of the class, versus, worrying about what is happening around me. For that, I am truly grateful.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Blog - Yoga Time - Keeping a positive attitude</image:title>
<image:caption>Remaining in a positive headspace is important to me -even after my yoga practice finished. I also believe there is a ripple effect that happens after class, and that means spreading good vibes to those around us.</image:caption>
