Reality
Reality vs. non reality.
I am who I am. If you impose your veraion of who you think I am on me, then you miss out on who I am today.
When someone wants to be in an area of your life where you are at not, it creates a disillusioned version of reality.
We have to heal ourselves in order to help other people at our maximum capacity. The maximum capacity that we have been given to live. Many gurus talk about how we do not use our brain at full capacity, and this is partially why. Because ofniur emotions. And yes, memory is important to have, but the emotions are EQUALLY important. Emotions allow or block information from coming in or staying. Emotions actually play a role at how well our memory works.
If we want to help, we need to heal the most painful version of ourselves that blocked us from seeing the full picture, of reality. The big picture that is either shown to us - if we are healthy - or that is partially hidden from us because our emotions are unable to OR not ready to fully see everything.
If we are healthy, then we have an healthy outlook, and can most likely see the full picture logically and emotionally.
But if someone wants to hold Downey w.e his name is actor, and see him in an orange jumpsuit, when he is making a pretty good living by being a pretty stand up person, then youre missing out on the person in front of you, because you're mentally somewhere where he sure is not - because those two realities cannot meet and that is what makes us sick.
When we are constantly in different realities that it makes pur head spin and we cannot land on one thing - because those emotions are as important as logic. Emotions are the gateway or the blockage to the brain.
In order to have a clear view, we are mislead by emotions that led us into a different reality.
To heal our emotions we need to heal our realities so we can live in the one we are currently in.
