Blog
As an autistic person who is a Writer, I believe it is important to create
content, that can help other women who are on the spectrum.
This blog is where I share stories about going through
anorexia, bulimia, partying, and a miscarriage, and how all those years,
led me to faith. I can write about it neutrally today, because
I have grieved that period in my life. It has been very difficult to get to this point,
but with the help of faith and many people, I am well and alive.
Currently, I am focusing on going through another major transformation,
which is weight loss. This time, I want to find a balance with my weight and
not reach a point when my lifestyle is too healthy it becomes unhealthy.
This time, I want to find the balance of healthy, strong and fit which doesn’t just look skinny.
When I was skinny, everyone thought I was healthy, but I was in fact in the worst shape of my life.
So now, I have to re-think what healthy and fit looks like for me, today.
That is why, I have decided to create a blog and share my journey,
with the hope of being of help, to those who could use a boost of
positive re-enforcement in their lives.
And this blog is a place where I can create a positive environment,
meanwhile going through the difficult ups and downs
that come with weight transformation.
I also believe physical transformation is as important as emotional healing,
and that’s why sharing my journey helps me be accountable to myself and
not give-up because weight loss is difficult.
I hope you find this blog helpful and return to it, when you need
a boost of positivity or to read about my journey.
Xo,
Anika
