Autism and Pregnancy
I have decided to start a blog about autism and pregnancy.
As an autistic person who has had a loss, I believe it is important to create content,
that can help other women who are on the spectrum.
When I do get pregnant again, I am going to have a geriatric pregnancy.
I am also a person who likes to have my research done, before I do anything.
I want to provide education about a topic that means a lot to me.
I am a person who believes, if we want a positive life,
than we ourselves, got to be positive.
And this blog is a place where I can create a positive environment,
about a topic that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
I focus on writing about autism and about pregnancy separately.
Some blog posts focus on the scientific part of being autistic and other
blog posts, focus on the science of pregnancy.
I believe it is important to define those two topics separately,
before thinking of them as one topic.
And because, yoga and pilates can be a great
for emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being,
yoga is something that solidifies everything together.
I myself am beginning to do yoga again, and I am noticing
how important it is to have a regular practice that allows me
to move my body in a fun way.
