Grounding

There are a tons of techniques that mindfulness teaches about grounding.
I have taken an 8-week mindfulness workshop and I still reap the benefits from it, today.

This is not a blog post about mindfulness techniques or about the science behind it.
This blog post is about the tried and true method about grounding.

The one tried and true method that helps anyone ground is a true social connection.
Without it, a person still falls short.

Unless, we have, one person, that truly sees us, accepts us at where we are at spiritually, mentally, emotionally and financially, we will not be able to fully feel safe and feel grounded.

Therefore, it does not matter how much science is behind each study. What matters, is true connection.
